Clear process, scope agreed in writing, direct interlocutor, no small print. This is how we work with all our clients.
Every project is different, but the way we start is always the same. This structure lets us move quickly without skipping anything important.
You write to us or call, and tell us what you need. No endless forms or aggressive qualification. If you prefer an initial video meeting to explain the context in person, we schedule it at no cost.
At this stage we don’t ask for sensitive information — only enough to understand whether your need fits what we know how to do.
We internally review the viability of the engagement. We look at three things: whether we have the experience to do it well, whether we have the capacity right now, and whether we see any conflict with current or past clients.
At this stage we tell you transparently if we are not the best option. If that is the case, we try to point you to someone better suited. If there is a fit, we move to the next step.
We prepare a proposal with scope, deliverables, deadlines, commercial terms and payment schedule. No small print, no hidden costs, no automatic renewal clauses. If anything is unclear, we clarify it before signing.
We sign a simple contract with the agreed terms. For smaller engagements, a written service order may be sufficient.
We start the work. You have a single interlocutor you can write to or call directly. We establish reporting frequency at the outset — for short projects it may be only at close, for longer projects typically weekly or biweekly.
At the end, there is a formal close: deliverables, joint review, settlement. No indefinite open invoicing.
